Advanced Orthopedics New England offers a specialized Workers’ Compensation program. Our goal is to consistently provide excellent comprehensive orthopedic care focusing on treatment, healing, and returning our patients (your employees) back to work in a safe and timely fashion.
We are working with our physicians to ensure we have streamlined communications. It helps the communication between our patients, employers, insurance carriers/adjusters, and physical/occupational therapists. We offer an Orthopedic Urgent Care Clinic open for walk-in care for injured employees with day and evening hours. We understand and respect the complexity of care and communication required. Keeping everyone informed is the focus of our communication. It allows the fostering of timely processing of case-related inquiries.
Caring, Customized Return to Work Plan
The health, safety, and wellbeing of the injured worker are always our priority. Individuals preparing to go back to work after an extended period may have some concerns about their abilities to perform their job safely and effectively. Our clinicians create individualized plans and programs for injured workers using the job descriptions and an understanding of essential job functions. We base each return-to-work program on the medical evaluation of the employee and their individual needs and abilities.
